What are your payment and cancellation plans? Payment: Boarding spaces are charged by the night and charged per dog/cat. By bringing your pet to us, owners agree to pay the full rate for boarding in effect on the day the pet is checked into the resort. The first night rate will be the down payment with the card saved on file and the remaining balance is due upon checkout. If the pet is not picked up by noon, the owner will be charged a full day of daycare. Memberships: All memberships will automatically renew every month and the owner is responsible for cancelling the membership. Cancellations: Outside of peak seasons, owners may cancel their boarding reservation at any time without a fee. During peak seasons we require a boarding security deposit to be given when making the reservation. The exact amount will depend on the length of your pet's stay. If the owner cancels within less than a week of the check-in date, the security deposit will not be returned. If the owner cancels 7+ days in advance, the owner will receive the security deposit back on the credit card provided or as a credit. The following are considered peak seasons:: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Spring Break, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekend.
